1. Legal Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days to discuss the matter. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Retainer Fees
- For retainer agreements, the fee paid is typically non-refundable after services have been rendered. If, for any reason, you decide to discontinue services, we will refund the unused portion of the retainer fee, minus any incurred costs or work already performed. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the discontinuation notice.
3. Payment for Legal Services
- If legal services have been provided, no refund will be issued unless the service was not delivered as agreed upon.
- If we fail to deliver the expected services or in cases of client dissatisfaction with the legal representation provided, we will review the issue and may issue a refund after a thorough evaluation.
4. Dispute Resolution
- If there is a disagreement regarding a refund, we encourage clients to discuss their concerns directly with us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute fairly, including offering partial refunds or credits toward future services, if applicable.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds may not be granted for cases where legal services have already been initiated or significant work has been completed, unless otherwise determined by our team.
- Refunds for services such as legal advice, drafting of documents, or representation in legal proceedings may not be eligible for a refund once the work has commenced or been completed.
6. Process for Refund Requests

- All refund requests will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the request.
